The
conference will provide official invitations to the authors/attendees
(upon request) for requiring visa to travel to the USA. If you need an
invitation letter, please follow the steps below:
1. You must be an author or co-author of an accepted paper for the
conference (with paid registration) or an attendee (with paid
registration) or an invited speaker.
2. Please provide confirmation of your registration as well as the paper
ID and title of your conference/workshop paper to the following address:

3. Please request this letter ASAP (no latter than Jan. 31, 2009).

The conference venue, Hyatt Fairfax, Virginia USA is at the nexus of the information technology and communications industry and U.S. government agencies. The conference venue is close to the Metro, which provides convenient access to downtown Washington, DC, and both Dulles International (IAD) and Reagan National (DCA) airports. Washington, DC features many many museums and other sites and is the home of the National Cherry Blossom Festival March 28-April 12, 2009.
